Prince of Wales Catering is a small family run business which has been operating for many years, providing food services within the Heart of England Foundation Trust and Sandwell & West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust. In addition, we also offer a mobile service for functions, conferences and social events within the Birmingham area. As specialist caterers with long experience in providing services to both corporate and healthcare environments, we concentrate on offering menus full of choice which are also of good value.

Due to continued growth, Prince of Wales Catering now employ 16 members of staff over two sites, we fully believe that our employees are our most valuable asset and the key to our Company's success. Our ongoing investment in training and development help us to constantly improve our service and create exciting new dishes.

All food is freshly prepared on a daily basis on site and our kitchens are regularly inspected by Infection Control and Environmental Health Officers to ensure full compliance with food safety regulations.
